Malayan Slit-faced Bat (Nycteris tragata) ranges from southern Myanmar and Thailand through peninsular Malaysia to Sumatra and Borneo. It forms small groups in caves and tree hollows in mature rain forest and is believed to hunt insects by passively listening for their sounds.
